Together we are Building A Better the Role:We are seeking an Entry-Level Purchasing Project Manager to serve as a key point of contact for purchasing activities across assigned launch programs and engineering this role you will partner closely with Engineering Launch Project Managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate and track critical purchasing deliverables ensuring alignment with program timing budgets and ideal candidate is a strong communicator and organized problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities collaborate effectively across teams and stay focused in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. This is an excellent opportunity to build project management and purchasing expertise while contributing to successful product You Will Do:Support purchasing activities for assigned Launch Programs Engineering Changes (ECs) New Development Opportunities from start to finishTrack Purchasing Program milestones and deadlinesAssist buyers / managers with day-to-day activities (quotes pricing delivery schedules etc.)Attend Launch Programs ECs meetingsCommunicate regularly with Buyers Launch PMs Engineering Operations Finance teams and other cross functional teamsIdentify risks (delays roadblocks) and help develop solutionsKeep accurate records / documentation for all Launch Programs and ECsSupport process improvements in Purchasing and Project TrackingWhat You Need To Be Successful:02 years of experience in purchasing supply chain or project coordinationBasic understanding of procurement or supply chain processesStrong organizational and time management skillsGood communication skills (written and verbal)Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Excel or similar tools)Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same timeBonus Points If You Have:Internship or co-op experience in Purchasing Supply Chain or ManufacturingEducation:Bachelors degree in business Supply Chain or related field (or equivalent experience)Travel:5-10% travelWhat We Offer:We believe our team members are our greatest investment which is why we offer a competitive total rewards package designed to support you at every stage of your career and life.
