You will support the Purchasing Department by handling clerical and administrative tasks that keep procurement processes moving. Your work impacts procurement vendors and internal stakeholders by ensuring purchase orders and records are accurate and up to date. This is an onsite role working a day shift (5x8 8 hours/day).

• Perform data entry on various administrative database systems
• Handle general clerical functions including photocopying shredding and filing
• Call customers and vendors for PO follow-up and status updates
• Use internet and email systems to retrieve information and communicate with stakeholders
• Provide purchasing-related data entry and administrative support as required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience dealing with customers/vendors on the phone
• Experience with filing numerically and/or alphabetically
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English

$20.00 - $25.00/hour
