Job Responsibilities:
Your Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate RFQ processes for production equipment automation systems tooling and related services.
Analyze supplier quotations commercial proposals and total cost of ownership.
Support sourcing decisions through supplier benchmarking market analysis and risk assessment.
Prepare negotiation summaries and commercial recommendations for management approval.
Create and maintain supplier databases sourcing records and procurement documentation.
Manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders while tracking delivery commitments.
Monitor supplier performance regarding cost quality delivery and service levels.
Identify and implement cost reduction and value improvement opportunities.
Support CAPEX projects from sourcing phase through equipment delivery and project completion.
Coordinate with engineering manufacturing and project teams to ensure purchasing alignment.
Support contract review activities and maintain compliance with Magna purchasing procedures.
Develop KPI reports covering savings sourcing activities supplier performance and spend trends.
Resolve commercial and delivery issues through effective stakeholder and supplier communication.
Who we are looking for
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Engineering or equivalent experience.
Experience in procurement purchasing sourcing supply chain or commercial analysis.
Experience supporting manufacturing automation tooling or CAPEX-related projects preferred.
Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
