Public Area Supervisor

The Public Area Supervisor oversees public area cleaning teams to ensure resort-level cleanliness staffing coverage and service standards across all guest-facing spaces.

• Supervise and direct public area attendants across lobbies corridors restrooms and common spaces
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness meets brand and TSC standards
• Assign tasks monitor attendance and coach team members in real time
• Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping to respond to guest requests
• Maintain supply inventory and submit replenishment requests
• Complete shift reports and escalate any facility issues promptly

• Prior experience in housekeeping janitorial or public area operations required
• Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
