PTA Director

Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance has an immediate opportunity for a motivated full-time PTA -Director with an entrepreneurial spirit for our fun and energetic outpatient clinic in Milford.  Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance has created an environment that embraces and rewards evidence-based clinical excellence and genuine care for patients above all else.  Our goal is to be the regional leader in clinical excellence providing the best outcomes for our patients.  Our outstanding physical therapists drive that mission!

What Youll Do:

• Show strong emphasis on excellent patient care quality efficiency and outcomes.
• Be a self-starter who has a strong work ethic and is team-oriented in nature.   
• Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues including physicians and insurance companies
• Ensure timely documentation including daily notes weekly workers compensation reports progress reports initial evaluations discharge summaries and incident reports
• Additional duties as Clinic Director

Qualifications :

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• Current State of Delaware Physical Therapist Assistant license CPR certification.
• Outgoing and energetic personality.
