JOB DETAILS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Kind and compassionate patient and employee service.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures government regulations safety and infection control protocols
• Follow strict HIPAA laws
• Assist patients with exercises under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
• Maintain set up and clean treatment areas before and after therapy sessions.
• Prepare therapy equipment and assist with the application of modalities per OT/PT state practice guidelines
• Escort patients to and from therapy areas as needed adhering to patient safety concerns.
• Monitor and report patient responses to the treating therapist during therapy sessions
• Maintain inventory of therapy supplies and report low stock levels
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry answering phones scheduling and patient check-in and check-out responsibilities.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
• Driving between the clinics for coverage and meetings

Qualifications :

Good communication skills reliable eager to learn and enjoys helping others.  We are willing to teach and train those interested in the medical or rehabilitation fields.  Its a good place to interact with patients and gain extensive exposure to physical therapy treatment programs.  All employees are required to complete a background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good character

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
