• Active State Licensure: Hold a current unencumbered Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license issued by the Texas Board of Nursing.
• Specialty Certification: Maintain active national certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
• Prescriptive Authority: Possess valid Texas prescriptive authority with full Schedule II through V registration.
• Federal Credentials: Maintain an active unrestricted DEA registration for controlled substances.
• Educational Background: Holds an MSN or DNP from an accredited psychiatric nurse practitioner program.
• Collaborative Agreement: Utilize our fully provided and established collaborating physician.

For Psychiatrists (MD / DO):

• Active Medical Licensure: Hold a current unrestricted license to practice medicine from the Texas Medical Board.
• Board Eligibility or Certification: Maintain Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN).
• Federal Credentials: Possess an active unrestricted DEA registration for prescribing controlled substances.
• Educational Background: Hold a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completed Residency: Complete an ACGME-accredited residency training program in psychiatry.
