Key Responsibilities:
- Enroll providers and practitioners into the provider data management system.
- Update provider and practitioner information with claims payment and directory details.
- Research and review provider requests to make necessary updates within the system.
- Perform quality service checks on data including claims processing and provider directory information.
- Collaborate with team members on larger reports and prioritize daily assignments based on urgency.
- Additional experience with data management systems.
- Familiarity with healthcare provider data processes.
- 1 2 years of related experience in data management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability to change.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant systems.
- High School Diploma or GED (Preferred).
