Mesa seeks a P&C Engineering Associate with 3 to 6 years of design experience. The ideal candidate possesses the necessary skills to read understand and help produce Protection & Control design drawings (Single Line AC/DC Schematic Elementary and Connection diagrams Front & Rear View Layout/Elevation drawings Bills of Material etc.). The candidate will be able to produce connection diagrams based on AC/DC schematics and skilled at using AutoCAD. Candidate must be inquisitive able to investigate solutions to problems before seeking help from others and must have an eye for detail. Ideal candidates have good work habits and regularly perform self-checks on all design work prior to submission to checkers. Proficiency at using Microsoft Excel and Word is a plus. P&C design experience relative to HV/MV substations and/or generation plants is a plus.
