Fidelity is seeking a full timeProposal Writer to join our corporate Team torespond to government requests for proposals (RFPs) quotes (RFQs) requests for information (RFIs)and grants.

Responsibilities Include:

• Analyze Solicitations: Review federal state or local procurement opportunities
• Draft Content: Write compelling executive summaries technical approaches management plans and past performance summaries.
• Coordinate with Recruiting department to fulfill staffing needs
• Collaborate with Leadership to gather vital data.
• Ensure Compliance: Verify that proposal meets solicitation requirements
• Manage Deadlines: Coordinate schedules to track deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Writing & Editing:Ability to produce clear persuasive and error-free professional content
• Process Knowledge: Familiarity with government procurement preferred
• Education: Bachelors degree in English Communications Journalism or a related technical discipline.
• Microsoft Suite AI platforms
