The Proposals Specialist is responsible for managing contract acquisition and fulfillment between OpCo and its customers. Coordinates contract negotiation approval termination in accordance with OpCo policies regulatory requirements and customer specifications. Manages changes for contracts and coordinates all interested parties.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager Proposals is part of the Commercial Operations functions and will be fully ONSITE at our facility located in Fargo ND.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Accountable for accurate and timely scoping of manufacturing budget estimates and Statements of Work (SOW) and all accompanying documentation including monitoring and obtaining required approvals.
• Collect the necessary client inputs for the front-end business process and as required present proposals and encourage discussion to understand client requirements.
• Partner with internal cross functional teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of any supporting documentation for SOWs
• Serve as a liaison between the client and internal operations and quality teams to ensure business terms align with capabilities of the organization and delivery expectations of the client
• Support internal requests to maintain business operations.

The essential requirements of the job include

• Bachelors degree in a scientific field required
• 2 years of previous experience in a client-facing role
• Broad scientific and technical expertise in the fields of immunology cell biology molecular biology and protein biochemistry
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems using critical thinking skills

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience operating in a highly regulated industry

This job is eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
