• Are a Team Player: Youre responsive flexible and collaborative. You enjoy working closely with others to meet deadlines and goals.

• Curious About Construction: Maybe youre not an expert (yet) but youre eager to learn the industry lingo and what matters to our clients. Oh and if you dont know any of this stuff youll find out.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree (B.A.) in Marketing Communications Design Business or a related field or equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years of experience in proposal and presentation planning and coordination page layout drafting tailored proposal content graphics development and editing. AEC industry experience a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with emphasis on superior persuasive writing and presentation ability.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud/Suite (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop etc.); proficient in MS Office (namely PowerPoint).

The full salary range for this position is $55000 to $75000. This position is eligible for a target bonus.
