Property Restoration Specialist
SERVPRO is looking for dependable hardworking team-oriented people to join our Restoration Team.

WHAT YOULL DO
- Work as part of a team on water fire mold and other restoration projects
- Set up and operate restoration equipment
- Perform mitigation demolition cleaning and restoration services
- Communicate with customers supervisors and teammates
- Maintain clean and professional job sites
- Take care of company vehicles equipment and tools
- Follow company procedures and safety standards
- Step in and help wherever the team needs you
- You show up dependable prepared and ready to work
- You take ownership of your responsibilities
- You help your teammates without being asked
- You communicate and solve problems instead of pointing fingers
- You take pride in doing things right
- You treat customers their property and your teammates with respect
- You are coachable and want to improve
- You dont have a thats not my job mentality
- You understand that the teams success comes before individual credit
Were looking for someone who has a strong work ethic a positive attitude and wants to be part of a team
that works hard supports each other and is building something great together.
Previous restoration or construction experience is a plus but not required. Well teach the skills to the right
person.
