Full-Time Hybrid Tampa FL Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Preservation Coordinator to manage vendor communications client requests and property service assignments. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can manage multiple priorities meet deadlines and resolve issues efficiently.
Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch vendors to assigned properties.
• Monitor vendor timelines pricing and quality of work.
• Review property photos for work in progress and completed jobs.
• Communicate with clients vendors brokers and agents.
• Respond to service billing timeline and report inquiries.
• Negotiate vendor pricing and completion timelines.
• Ensure client deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate records using internal software and Microsoft Office.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
