We are seeking someonefull of energy self-driven highly motivated and detail-oriented to help manage our growing portfolio of commercial and residential rental properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants owners and vendors
• Manage commercial and residential rental properties
• Advertise vacancies and successfully fill units
• Enforce lease terms and manage renewals
• Collect rent and maintain accurate records
• Handle tenant concerns maintenance requests and resolutions
• Coordinate oversee and communicate with contractors
• Approve and manage repair orders per lease guidelines
• Ensure properties are secure clean and well-maintained
• Oversee grounds and hired personnel
• Support smooth daily operations and business transactions

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset (this is a must)
• Self-motivated with a high level of energy and initiative
• Organized detail-oriented and dependable
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Desire to grow with the company
