About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Property Manager / Operations Leader to oversee the daily operations of a residential community.

This is a leadership and operations role focused on driving property performance strengthening processes and ensuring a consistently high-quality resident experience. You will serve as the operational leader for the property supporting the team addressing challenges and identifying opportunities to improve how things work.


What Youll Do
  • Lead daily operations for the residential community

  • Manage and develop on-site leasing and maintenance teams

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for operational and personnel issues

  • Drive accountability for performance service standards and outcomes

  • Oversee leasing performance occupancy and pricing activity

  • Conduct regular 1:1s with team members to support growth and performance

  • Identify gaps in process and implement operational improvements

  • Track KPIs and ensure accurate property-level reporting

  • Support lease-up activity and the integration of new acquisitions as needed

  • Partner with centralized teams to improve systems and execution

Ideal Background
  • Property management or hospitality/service leadership experience

  • Experience managing residential property operations preferred

  • Experience leading small teams including leasing and maintenance

  • Exposure to lease-ups acquisitions or property transitions is a plus

  • Strong communicator with a people-first leadership style
