Fraser is seeking a Property Manager to provide leadership and oversight of Frasers Independent Living apartments. This position is responsible for ensuring effective property management and compliance with HUD regulations Fraser policies and established budgetary guidelines while supporting a safe accessible and positive living environment for tenants.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee rent collection and the preparation of financial information in accordance with HUD guidelines and Fraser policies.
  • Maintain required documentation and provide information for regular audits.
  • Address and resolve tenant concerns and infractions and monitor compliance with lease and program requirements.
  • Coordinate eviction procedures as necessary in accordance with applicable regulations and Fraser policies.
  • Coordinate and participate in informational meetings for tenants and other stakeholders.
  • Support Service Coordinators in serving as liaisons between tenants and their Individual Support Assistants friends and family members.
  • Identify and address safety accessibility and property-related concerns.
  • Facilitate effective communication between Independent Living tenants and Fraser management.
  • Coordinate accounting and financial information for the Independent Living apartments including developing and monitoring correction plans for late rent or outstanding balances in collaboration with the Accounting department.
  • Attend HUD trainings regularly to remain current on applicable regulations requirements and best practices and maintain regulatory compliance.

Location Schedule & Pay:

  • This position is a full time exempt with hours Monday-Friday either 8 AM - 4 PM or 9 AM - 5 PM with occasional nights weekends & on-call
  • The position is mostly on site with some hybrid.

  • $63500 to $68500 per year depending on qualifications.

Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS in Human Services or related field required.
  • Valid Minnesota Drivers License with acceptable record required.
  • Ability to understand and implement HUD regulations required.
  • Two years of property management experience preferred.
  • HUD experience highly preferred.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
