What Youll Do:

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Office Coordinator to join our this role you will provide a variety of clerical and administrative support to other team members ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently as well as supporting the leasing team with new renter inquiries. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to answering phone calls and greeting visitors. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

• Being the face of Grace Property Management at the front desk

• Greeting office visitors & interacting with residents & vendors

• Answering incoming phone calls and routing them to the appropriate person if unable to assist them

• Paperwork including mail and filing

• Completing detailed steps within checklists

• Assisting Executive Property Managers

• Addressing and resolving customer concerns with a professional attitude

• Assisting the team with a variety of daily tasks including the leasing team with new renter inquiries
