Propane Service Technician Progas

As a Propane Service Technician youll play a vital role in keeping our customers safe comfortable and connected by installing maintaining and repairing propane systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install maintain and repair propane systems tanks lines and appliances
• Perform leak checks and ensure all work meets applicable safety standards and regulations
• Troubleshoot propane system issues and provide effective solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
• Work in a variety of environments including outdoor settings crawlspaces and confined spaces
• Support branch operations through deliveries yard work and other duties as needed
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety compliance and teamwork

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 60 pounds and work in varying weather conditions
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen background check and motor vehicle record review

Preferred Qualifications:

• CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements or willingness to obtain
• Experience with propane systems gas systems HVAC plumbing mechanical repair or related technical work
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a commitment to safety and reliability
