Island Grad Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Proofreader to review and edit written materials for accuracy grammar spelling punctuation and consistency. The ideal candidate will ensure all content meets quality standards while maintaining the organizations voice and brand.

Key Responsibilities

* Proofread and edit documents for grammar spelling punctuation and formatting.
* Review marketing materials newsletters reports educational resources and digital content before publication.
* Ensure consistency in style tone and branding across all written communications.
* Verify accuracy and identify errors or inconsistencies.
* Collaborate with writers and team members to improve content quality.
* Meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
* Perform additional editing and proofreading tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

* High school diploma required; Associates or bachelors degree in English Communications Journalism or a related field is preferred.
* Previous proofreading editing or content review experience is preferred.
* Excellent grammar spelling and written communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document editing tools.
* Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
* Must be authorized to work in the United States.
