Assistant Supervising Mechanic

Full Time 40 hours per week - Contractual Minimum Salary $71848.07

CWA Contractual Promotional Salary Adjustments to be Applied

*Applicants must currently work in the Division of Vehicle Services to be considered.

Under direction assists in supervising and works with a group of employees engaged in the repair maintenance and servicing of various types of motor vehicles and/or motorized construction equipment; does other related work as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

TRAINING:Successful completion of one (1) year of training in automotive technology at an accredited community college or vocational school.

EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years of experience in the installation maintenance and repair of various types of motor vehicles and/or construction equipment such as bulldozers road graders tractors power shovels and cranes.
