Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Project team leader to support our Project Leader with essential floor care and maintenance services. This role involves performing specialized floor work including stripping waxing buffing and carpet extraction as well as assisting with exterior window cleaning for select clients. The position requires physical stamina attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform floor care services such as stripping waxing scrubbing sealing and buffing floors.
• Conduct carpet extraction and deep-cleaning procedures including upholstery.
• Assist with exterior / interior window cleaning for designated clients.
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company standards.
• Work extended hours including evenings and weekends as required by project schedule.
• Travel to various job sites in different states. Must be comfortable driving long distances.
• Communicate effectively with direct leader and other team members to ensure job completion and customer satisfaction.
• Perform additional cleaning or maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Lead small teams to complete projects.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in floor care or commercial cleaning preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move equipment and materials as needed.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation to meet the team at designated locations if required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Professional and dependable with good communication skills.

Required Experience:

Manager
