As a Project Scheduler you will play a key role in planning coordinating and monitoring program activities providing the visibility and insight leadership needs to make informed decisions and keep projects moving forward.

- Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard project management and scheduling tools including task sequencing dependencies milestones and resource requirements.
- Monitor project performance and schedule health identifying potential delays variances and emerging issues before they impact key milestones.
- Analyze schedule impacts and work with project teams to develop practical corrective actions and recovery strategies.
- Identify and manage critical path activities schedule risks constraints and interdependencies to support successful project execution.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to track deliverables resolve issues and ensure action items are completed on time.
- Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and high-level program schedules for management and stakeholder review.
- Prepare clear concise schedule reports and briefings that provide leadership with visibility into progress risks upcoming milestones and areas requiring attention.
- Facilitate schedule and planning meetings working closely with project managers technical teams and stakeholders to maintain alignment.
- Communicate schedule changes and project status effectively to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project scheduling processes tools and best practices.
- Strong organizational planning and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience developing maintaining and analyzing project schedules.
- Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate schedule feasibility resource constraints and project risks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex schedule information into clear updates for technical and management audiences.
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies scheduling principles and industry best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to proactively identify issues and drive them toward resolution.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Travel: Up to 25%
- Work Arrangement: Primarily onsite with occasional remote work
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance
- 5 or more years of experience with a Bachelors degree; 3 years with a Masters; 9 years of experience can be accepted without a degree
- Experience must include project planning scheduling and other related duties
