Job Summary
Ecolab is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop maintain and analyze detailed project schedules for manufacturing and construction this role you will help ensure projects are completed on time and within scope by coordinating timelines resources and milestones across engineering procurement manufacturing construction and startup and commissioning teams.
What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
- Define work breakdown structures (WBS) and sequence project activities
- Establish baseline schedules and track progress against plan
- Coordinate schedule inputs across engineering procurement manufacturing construction and startup and commissioning teams
- Monitor progress and regularly update schedules
- Identify schedule variances delays and impacts to the critical path
- Perform schedule risk analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Generate look-ahead schedules to support short-term execution planning
- Collaborate with project managers engineers procurement and site teams to align schedules
- Prepare reports dashboards and presentations and communicate risks delays and mitigation strategies
Position Details
- Position is onsite in Plano TX
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management Project Management or 10 years of experience as a Project Scheduler
- 35 years of experience in project scheduling within manufacturing construction or industrial environments
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
- Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling
- Knowledge of construction processes and/or manufacturing operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced deadline-driven environments

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale capital projects
- Familiarity with ERP systems and project controls tools
