Project Recruiter

• Recruit candidates through phone calls job ads social media referrals and grassroots community outreach.
• Build relationships with local organizations churches community groups and other key contacts.
• Distribute flyers and attend local events fairs holiday celebrations and ESL classes.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and enter applicants into our recruiting system.
• Support candidates throughout the hiring and employment process.
• Work closely with onsite management teams to support employee retention and success.
• Assist with new-hire orientations and recruitment events.
• Represent our company as anemployer of choicein the local community.
• High-volume recruiting.

• Bilingual Spanish/English required
• 1 year of recruiting or staffing experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using a smartphone and computer
• Basic data entry skills
• Reliable transportation
• Professional organized and able to maintain confidentiality
• Flexible schedule including occasional evenings weekends and overtime
• Comfortable working in a client production environment
