Job Summary (IS Sr Project Manager / Scrum Master):
- Plan direct and coordinate activities for large long-term infrastructure or development projects
- Work under minimal supervision to achieve project goals and objectives
- Lead inter-departmental project teams
- Ensure projects are completed within defined timeframes and budget
- Apply both project management and Scrum Master methodologies
- Oversee project progress resolve issues and manage risks
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders and team members
- Report project status and metrics to management
- Ensure alignment of project deliverables with organizational objectives
