You can send your resume to Responsibilities:Estimating:Prepare detailed cost estimates for parking lot construction and rehabilitation drawings specifications and bid documents to determine scope of analyze and negotiate subcontractor and supplier proposals budgets and value-engineering alternatives to optimize cost Management:Plan schedule and oversee parking lot sitework including excavation grading drainage asphalt paving striping and concrete with clients engineers architects and subcontractors to ensure smooth project project progress budgets and timelines; proactively address issues and compliance with safety regulations environmental requirements and quality project documentation including contracts change orders RFIs and progress project meetings and provide regular updates to :Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).5 years of experience in sitework estimating and project management with emphasis on parking lot knowledge of asphalt paving concrete work drainage systems and site with estimating software (e.g. HCSS Bluebeam or similar) and project management organizational communication and negotiation to manage multiple projects certification or strong safety background is a & Competencies:Analytical mindset with attention to detail in cost leadership and team management problem-solving and decision-making to build and maintain strong client and subcontractor acumen for cost control and budget must be reliable and energetic take pride in assigned tasks and be cost-conscious.
