About the Role:

The client is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to support content operations for the agency partnership team. This is a fast-paced short-term engagement requiring someone who can hit the ground running manage multiple moving pieces and keep approval workflows on track.

Looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving corporate environment is comfortable owning a process end-to-end and can jump in immediately with minimal ramp-up time.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize articles/content from the agency partner
• Upload and manage assets in Workfront and Google Drive
• Track and manage content through the full approval timeline
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and agency contacts to keep deliverables moving
• Proactively flag bottlenecks or delays in the approval process
• Maintain clear documentation of status versions and next steps

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Project Manager 5 years ideally in a content marketing or agency-facing capacity
• Strong operations background
• Proficiency with Workfront (required)
• Experience with Google Drive-based file/asset management
• Prior experience in financial services or a Fortune 500 environment (required)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to move quickly stay responsive and anticipate next steps
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple deadlines simultaneously
