Job Summary

SummaryBalfour Beatty is seeking a Project Manager for a renovation and expansion of two historic buildings in Washington DC to manage the low voltage scopes of work primarily Security and Audio Visual of the full interior buildout of both buildings. The Project Manager will assist in the overall direction completion and financial outcome of this construction this position the incumbent directs and supervises activities related to contract administration change orders submittals procurement project financial projections and schedule requirements associated with the low voltage scopes of work to ensure the project is completed with quality profitable adhering to our Safety/Zero Harm FunctionsProject FinancialAnalysisProject SchedulingProject Administration Operations and Close-outPromote Customer and Community RelationsFoster Positive Culture Leadership and Employee DevelopmentMinimum RequirementsBachelor of Science degree in Construction Management Engineering or related years or more of commercial construction experienceFive years or more of direct supervisory experience related to subcontractor with project manager software (Procore P6 Bluebeam etc.)Experience with Change order be capable of reading writing and conversing fluently in the English languageProject Management ExperiencePreferred RequirementsExperience with BIM tools and lean construction Experience helpful but not requiredOSHA 30Capable of conversing fluently in the Spanish languageProject Management Experience with a focus on low voltage Rate: $00.**This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
