The Project Manager is responsible for planning directing and overseeing janitorial operations across assigned facilities and client accounts. This role ensures contract compliance customer satisfaction budget management staffing effectiveness quality assurance and safety compliance. The Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between the client and operations teams while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Compensation:$70000.00 annual salary (US Dollars)
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicants education experience skills abilities geographic location and alignment with market data.

Develop staffing plans and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and locations.
Maintain inventory of janitorial supplies chemicals and equipment.
Enforce company policies safety procedures and OSHA standards.
Prepare operational reports performance metrics and project updates for clients and leadership.
Manage special projects floor care programs deep cleaning initiatives and facility improvement plans.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
Support business growth through contract renewals service enhancements and additional project opportunities.
Qualifications
High School Diploma GED or equivalent required.
Minimum of 5 years of management experience in janitorial facility services environmental services hospitality or related operations.
Experience managing multiple locations projects or large teams preferred.
Strong leadership problem-solving and customer service skills.
Experience with budgeting payroll scheduling and workforce management.
Ability to analyze operational data and implement process improvements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
