Job Type: Full-Time Direct Hire
Work Arrangement: Hybrid On-Site 3 Days/Week Remote 2 Days/Week

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager to lead complex utility projects from initiation through completion. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams clients and regulatory stakeholders to ensure projects meet scope schedule budget safety and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project management including planning execution monitoring and closeout
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful project execution
• Manage and track project budgets schedules risks and deliverables
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
• Prepare project status reports forecasts and presentations for clients and leadership
• Ensure projects comply with regulatory requirements safety protocols and industry standards
• Identify potential project risks and develop solutions to keep projects on track
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and priorities
• Mentor and support project team members including project coordinators and field staff
• Communicate project updates requirements and expectations effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management General Business or a related field
• 5 years of project management experience
• 5 years of utility industry experience
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project Excel Power BI and SharePoint
• Leadership communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external resources
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively with clients leadership field personnel and regulatory stakeholders
