Project Manager

Position Summary

The Project Manager supports mission-critical objectives under the referenced work order by managing specific Work Order execution tracking schedules and mitigating risks to ensure project success. This role implements Agile project management resource planning and stakeholder coordination.

Job Description

• The Project Manager is responsible for managing project lifecycles tracking milestones and ensuring alignment with DoD acquisition policies.
• The position requires leading specific Work Order execution schedule tracking and risk management.
• Managers will implement Agile project management resource planning and stakeholder coordination.
• The role includes driving deliverables within cost schedule and performance constraints.

Required Qualifications and Experience

The contractor shall provide personnel who meet one of the following requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Project Management Information Systems or a related field; or
• A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience managing DoD projects.
• PMP certification required.

Candidates must have demonstrated experience in the following areas:

• Managing project lifecycles and tracking milestones.
• Ensuring alignment with DoD acquisition policies.
• Agile methodologies contract compliance and performance reporting.
• Resource planning and stakeholder coordination.
• Risk management and deliverable tracking.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Expertise in Agile methodologies contract compliance and performance reporting.
• Working knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and governance frameworks.
• Proficiency in resource planning and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Ability to drive deliverables within cost schedule and performance constraints.

Education

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Required
• Lean Six (Preferred Not Required)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) (Preferred Not Required)
• DAWIA Level II in Program Management (Preferred Not Required)

Clearance Requirement

• An active TS/SCI security clearance is required for on-site duty location.
