In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead multiple projects from initiation through production readiness including planning timelines defining milestones tracking progress and managing risks.
Coordinate with internal teams external partners and suppliers to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Execute sourcing and procurement activities including requests for proposals supplier engagement cost analysis and competitive evaluations.
Manage project financials including feasibility inputs capital expenditures and ongoing budget tracking.
Evaluate risks across project portfolios and implement mitigation or recovery strategies to maintain momentum.
Develop and maintain transparent communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of progress risks and outcomes.
Support supplier transitions tooling initiatives and production readiness to ensure continuity of supply.
Support continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending practical solutions.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation and recovery strategies as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement sustainable sourcing initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Facilitate project reviews including tracking key metrics such as supplier transitions cost changes and production readiness.
Build strong working relationships across teams to support long-term strategic objectives and business continuity.

For This Role You Will Need:
Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain or Operations or another related discipline
Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain in a high-paced multi-location environment
Ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced cross-functional environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Effective communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels of the organization
Understanding of manufacturing processes and key cost drivers
Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines risks and deliverables
Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% - periodic overnights
Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
