Job Summary

Primary Role

Lead overall project execution stakeholder coordination reporting and governance.

Responsibilities

Manage project schedule milestones and deliverables

Coordinate State agency communications

Lead status meetings and executive updates

Manage project risks/issues

Ensure deliverables meet timeline and quality expectations

Oversee stakeholder engagement activities

Coordinate cross-functional consulting team

Required Skills

PMP certification preferred

Government IT project management

Enterprise assessment experience

Risk & issue management

Executive communication skills

Agile/Waterfall hybrid delivery

Experience

8 years public-sector IT project management

Experience managing feasibility studies or modernization initiatives

Required Skills:

20 years of experience working as an infrastructure manager in a large-scale environment. Experience with mainframe systems technologies subsystems and internals. If the candidate does not have experience with mainframe systems technologies we will also accept strong experience in AIX/Linux/Unix systems. Strong understanding of IBM mainframe z/OS operating system control structure logic and security. If the candidate does not have experience with the mainframe platform we will also accept infrastructure management of AlX/Linux/Unix systems with enterprise storage systems. Must be self-motivated able to find answers on his/her own and experienced in problem determination/analysis/resolution.

Required Education:

Bachlor in computer science or any other related field.
