Join Apple and help us leave the world better than we found it. nnAs a Project Manager within the Partner Ecosystems team you will play a meaningful role leading partner enablement and onboarding efforts across all of Apple product lines for Device Enrollment. You will contribute to a wide range of activities including leading partner integration projects in coordination with various global and regional addition you will play a critical role in crafting and implementing Apples next generation partner integration and collaboration platform.

The Partner Ecosystems u0026 Programs team works with Channel Partners to integrate their systems with Apples to support various programs. This position supports Apples Device Enrollment Program which provides a fast streamlined way to deploy and supervise institutionally owned devices by automating mobile device management enrollment. Your work will enable channel partners to provide the benefit of device enrollment to corporate and institution customers. You are a leader and facilitator who is dynamic driven organized and detail-oriented. You excel in program and project management communicate with ease at all levels thrive in ambiguous environments and are adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts. Some travel may be required.

Manage channel partners through the integration process by educating their project teams on the business technical accounting and legal requirements of the with regional sales teams to establish integration timelines and manage expectations with future workshops with select partners to facilitate discussions around implementing the program into their business understanding their strategy systems and impacted consultation on scalable system and process design to maximize efficiency improve the customer experience and minimize manual between partner technical teams and Apple Information Systems and Technology (ISu0026T) teams to provide project management support guide them through engagement and testing and assist with go-live internal schedules with cross-functional partners by providing regular project status updates communicating regional issues and collaborating on worldwide system and process improvements.

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience plus 6 years of relevant industry of enterprise software and integration technologies such as EDI API Web services FTP and web management background with a focus on enterprise tools or in two or more of the following areas: B2B API Integration (JSON) B2B or B2C sales and account management sales operations and process management or business process with macOS and productivity applications including Keynote Pages FileMaker and with subscription services and with writing technical and program record of presenting technical and business requirements to cross-functional teams and senior ability to apply problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex integration issues and operational in managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strict attention to detail.
