Project Manager

• Lead and manage large-scale commercial framing and drywall projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Take full ownership of project execution including budgets schedules procurement documentation and profitability.
• Manage projects ranging from $10M and coordinate complex framing drywall and specialty assemblies.
• Work closely with General Contractors architects engineers field teams vendors and subcontractors.
• Review plans specifications and construction details to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions.
• Manage RFIs submittals change orders material quantities and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs and profitability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure framing and drywall systems meet applicable specifications fire ratings life-safety requirements and engineered-system requirements.
• Collaborate with Superintendents and field personnel to ensure projects are executed safely efficiently and to a high standard.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Help establish strong project processes and develop the next generation of project leadership.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners while protecting the companys financial interests.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial framing drywall or specialty subcontracting.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects preferably $10M in value.
• Strong knowledge of commercial framing and drywall systems assemblies and construction practices.
• Understanding of fire ratings life-safety requirements engineered systems and technical construction documentation.
• Experience with project budgets cost control change orders RFIs submittals and project profitability.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans specifications and details.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong understanding of project financials.
• Self-motivated and capable of operating independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to delegate effectively and hold teams accountable.
• A strong work ethic and a hands-on approach to project management.
• Experience with On-Screen Takeoff Bluebeam Excel and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Ability and desire to mentor and develop less-experienced project management professionals.
