Project Manager, Operations Transformation

The Position: The Project Manager Operations Transformation leads multi-site manufacturing improvement initiatives focused on productivity throughput labor optimization and operational standardization. This role is responsible for delivering enterprise manufacturing improvements across multiple facilities.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional manufacturing transformation projects
• Drive improvements involving throughput cycle time labor productivity and equipment efficiency
• Coordinate execution across multiple manufacturing locations
• Develop standardized implementation plans
• Partner with plant leadership to ensure execution alignment
• Identify operational risks and mitigation strategies
• Monitor project performance and milestone achievement
• Ensure measurable operational outcomes are achieved
• Deliver measurable financial and operational improvements tied to project objectives
• Drive execution across functions not just technical solutioning
• Other duties as assigned.

YOUR SKILLS & ABILITIES (REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS)

• Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering Operations Management or related field
• Experience:8-12 years of experience in manufacturing operations or project leadership
• Experience leading plant-level or multi-site initiatives
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
• Proven ability to manage complex operational projects
• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
• Experience in automation deployment preferred
• Experience in production system optimization preferred
• Travel: Up to 50%
