Project Manager Omni Metalcraft (Integrator Division) Northern Michigan

Omni Metalcraft has been building quality material handling solutions since 1976 - and were growing. Were looking for a Project Manager to join our Integrator Division and lead projects for some of the most well-known companies in North America.

Being a PM at Omni is not a manage the spreadsheet and send status updates kind of role. Youd be the person making sure complex projects actually land on time in scope and without drama.

What Youll Own

• Partnering with Sales to develop proposals and scope out resources from the start
• Leading multiple projects simultaneously kick-offs design reviews milestone tracking the whole thing
• Managing vendor relationships to keep critical components on schedule
• Acting as the primary contact for customers handling change orders and keeping them informed without the runaround
• Identifying risks early and solving problems before they escalate

What Were Looking For

• 3 years in project management or a similar role involving vendor management customer relationships or team leadership
• New to formal project management If youve led work managed people or kept complex things organized we want to hear from you
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings
• Strong communicator self-starter and someone who actually follows through

Work Environment

Primarily in-office (95%) with occasional customer site visits and travel to our Alpena MI facility (5%).
