We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate high-end residential construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders budgets schedules and project deliverables while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field strongly preferred.
• Candidates without a degree must possess substantial experience managing projects for a high-end luxury home builder.
• Proven experience overseeing residential construction projects preferably within the luxury custom home market.
• Strong understanding of construction processes project scheduling budgeting and quality control.
• Ability to effectively coordinate subcontractors vendors clients and internal teams.
• Excellent problem-solving decision-making and communication skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and project tracking tools.
