Project Manager Mishawaka IN
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee custom fabrication and construction-related projects from planning through completion. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with owners contractors architects and internal teams to ensure projects are completed accurately on time and according to specifications.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing technical work with project coordination responsibilities. The right candidate will be organized proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong communication with customers and project stakeholders.
Job Duties:
- Managing multiple fabrication and construction-related projects simultaneously
- Coordinating with owners contractors architects vendors and internal team members
- Reviewing and interpreting construction blueprints and specifications
- Modifying and maintaining CAD drawings using AutoCAD TurboCAD or similar software
- Researching technical specifications and project requirements
- Tracking project progress documentation and deadlines
- Assisting with purchasing material procurement and project-related accounting functions
- Preparing correspondence reports and project documentation
- Performing general administrative and project support duties as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the construction and/or fabrication industry
- Experience coordinating with owners contractors and architects
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints
- Previous CAD experience including AutoCAD TurboCAD or similar software
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Computer proficiency including document preparation email communication scanning printing and technical research
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Previous accounting and purchasing experience preferred
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to understand and communicate (talk-read-hear) work instructions
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus
