Client: Long-established commercial structural restoration contractor operating across Southwest Florida with a strong track record on complex commercial waterproofing painting & structural building restoration projects.

Job Info: Manage commercial restoration projects from start to finish overseeing schedules budgets subcontractors materials and client communication to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to specification. Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field teams monitor project progress manage documentation and change orders and address any issues that could impact project delivery. Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure safety quality and code compliance throughout.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial building restoration or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing painting & structural restoration systems
• Proven experience managing schedules budgets subcontractors and clients with a solid understanding of OSHA compliance and construction safety
