Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lease Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will manage and administer leases for ADS-B (Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast) assets ensuring compliance with lease terms and maintaining strong relationships with landlords. This role requires a professional with extensive experience in landlord relationship management.
Essential Functions:
- Manage and administer leases for ADS-B assets ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords acting as the primary point of contact.
- Negotiate lease terms renewals and amendments with landlords to ensure favorable terms for the company.
- Ensure compliance with all lease agreements and relevant regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Legal Finance and Operations to ensure seamless lease administration.
- Monitor lease expirations and coordinate renewals or terminations as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease records and documentation.
- Resolve any lease-related issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide regular reports on lease status upcoming expirations monthly payment status and other relevant metrics to management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of lease administration policies and procedures.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related lieu of a degree minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Extensive experience in landlord relationship management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in lease management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional certification in lease administration or real estate management.
- Experience with ADS-B technology and related assets.
- Knowledge of relevant telecommunications regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience in managing a telecom carrier or tower company lease portfolio.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in Virginia is $88000 - $164000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may varybased on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
