About the Role
Bohlers office in Red Bank NJ is looking for a Project Manager who excels in collaboration accountability and achieving high standards of this leadership role you will oversee complex land development projects throughout the Jersey Shore guiding them from concept to completion. Your responsibilities will include balancing design quality ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining financial performance. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients lead internal teams and ensure that the success of each project aligns with Bohlers standards.

What Youll Do
- Manage all aspects of project delivery including design permitting scheduling and budgeting.
- Serve as the primary client contact and ensure expectations are met through clear communication and proactive leadership.
- Lead mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers and technical staff.
- Oversee financial performance including contracts invoicing and change management.
- Present at public hearings client meetings and community sessions as needed.
- Collaborate with firm leadership on business development and account growth.
- Promote quality control innovation and continuous improvement within your team.
What Youll Bring
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- 10 years of civil/site design and permitting experience in land development.
- Proven success in managing project delivery and client relationships.
- Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
- Experience overseeing budgets contracts and staff development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater design software.
- PE license preferred.
