Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time within scope and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills to successfully drive project execution from initiation through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning execution monitoring and closure of projects.
- Define project scope goals deliverables timelines and resource requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans schedules budgets and risk registers.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering Product Operations Quality and external stakeholders.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Identify assess and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Facilitate project meetings reviews and stakeholder communications.
- Monitor project KPIs and ensure successful delivery of business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Information Technology Management or a related field.
- 3 years of project management experience (adjust based on level).
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall Hybrid).
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project Jira Asana Smartsheet or similar.
- Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP CAPM PRINCE2 Agile/Scrum Certification or equivalent.
- Experience in technology engineering manufacturing or product development environments.
- Knowledge of budgeting resource management and change management practices.
