You will partner closely with business leaders operational teams product teams technology partners and stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for improvement implement solutions and drive adoption of new ways of working. This role helps ensure that strategic and operational initiatives are delivered consistently efficiently and with clear accountability.
- Drive improvements across IT in test environments test data and testing processes to support faster speed to market and higher quality code delivery
- Lead and coordinate process improvement initiatives from planning through implementation and stabilization.
- Develop and maintain project plans action trackers timelines milestones and implementation roadmaps.
- Facilitate working sessions stakeholder meetings and status reviews to drive alignment decisions and progress.
- Monitor and track tasks deliverables dependencies risks issues and commitments across multiple teams.
- Hold stakeholders accountable for assigned actions and ensure timely completion of agreed-upon deliverables.
- Identify execution risks bottlenecks and delays and proactively drive resolution to keep initiatives on track.
- Establish clear ownership accountability and governance processes to support successful delivery.
- Create and maintain project dashboards status reporting metrics and executive communications.
- Partner with business and operational leaders to document current-state processes identify improvement opportunities and implement future-state solutions.
- Drive process standardization operational efficiency continuous improvement and adoption of best practices.
- Support organizational change management stakeholder communications training and readiness activities.
- Measure and report on process improvement outcomes implementation progress and realized business benefits.
- Promote a culture of accountability collaboration transparency and continuous improvement.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Proven ability to manage project plans action registers timelines and deliverables.
- Strong facilitation communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience creating executive-level reporting and status communications.
- PMP CAPM Lean Lean Six Sigma Agile or equivalent certification.
- Experience leading operational excellence process improvement or business transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to drive accountability and results in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
- Experience utilizing project management and reporting tools to track execution and performance.
- Financial Services Insurance Operations or Technology industry experience.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of project management process improvement operations business transformation or related experience.
- Fingerprinting required.
