Job Summary
A successful candidate in this position will leadacross-functionalteamof employees and consultants to implement solutions under our EnterpriseData Strategy and GovernanceProgram(EDSG).The EDSG Program isone of the enterprise priorities for2026onwardsand the scope includesEnterpriseDataWarehouse setupanddataextraction data cleansingand data sourcecorrectionsmaster datamanagementandenterpriseanalytics projects. The candidatemustexhibitexcellent communicationand presentationskills anda strong desireto deliver results while managing multiple projects simultaneously. This is a hands-on project manager position and requires theindividualto lead all phases ofaproject( development implementation deployment and maintenance). In thisroleyou are part of the EDSG PMOorganizationandwillreport toanITleader within theEDSGProgram.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Manage deliver and supportEDSGimplementations thatidentify design and implement creative business solutions and technology solutions for Flowserve
- Manage implementation risksandprojectfinancials including planning and budgeting
- Ensure buy-in oftheproposed solutions fromallmanagement levelswithinbusinessandIT
- Manage the day-to-day interactions with businessmanagementIT andSponsors
- Coach mentor and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
- Driveprojectexecutioncommunicationgovernanceandreportingper expectedIT standards
- Lead a cross-functional team to achieve projectobjectives while adhering tostateddeadlines
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to theappropriate managementchannels and escalate issues as necessary according to project work plan
Data Management
- Coordinatecreation ofstandardized mapping templates and design format files toextract and harmonize/standardizedata fromsourcesystems
- Coordinatedata harmonization across different business applications and/or correction of data definitions master data list of values business processor procedural changes to harmonize the data in the source systems
- Work withdata engineers and BI developerstoestablishdata extraction staging mapping/harmonization rules datastructuresand dashboards to supportprogressivedatalayers within a medallion architecture (bronze silver gold)
- Coordinatethe developmentand maintenance ofanalyticaldashboardsand reportingas proof of concept and final usage from the curated data warehouse
- Work with the business(datastewardsand datagovernancecouncil)todefine andestablishstandardized publishing methods formatsand reporting services
Key Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this position you will either hold abachelors or mastersdegree in businessadministrationinformation technologybusiness analyticsor formal educationand5-7years of work experience inthe followingareas(project management businessanalyticsdataanalyticsand/orprocessdesign in fields such as Logistics Supply Chain MaterialsFinanceITDataor Industrial Manufacturing)shouldallow you todemonstrate:
- AffinitywithERP and CRMplatforms especially SAP Oracle Great Plains and Salesforce
- Excellentverbaland written communication skills (in English).Other languages area plus
- Strong experience usingenterprise ProjectManagement& agile deliverytools(Smartsheet MSProject Atlassian/Jira)
- Strong organizational time management and presentation skillsto effectivelycommunicatewith all levels in the organizationandpossessesthe ability to work in acollaborativeenvironment
- Ability to handle multiple projectsor project tasksin a fast-paced environment
- Ability to map current and future desired state for IT and Operational processesand create roadmaps
Preferred Skills:
- Working knowledgeof data integration concepts including source-to-target mapping data lineage transformationdatareconciliation anduse ofdata qualitymetrics
- Ability to manage projects involving ETL/ELT delivery interfaces APIs file-based exchanges and batch data movement
- Exposure to cloud data platforms such as MSFabric AWS Databricks or Snowflake
- Understanding of moderndataarchitecture includingLakehouseand medallion-style patterns
- Demonstratedchangemanagement or process transformation experience
- Experience with data catalog metadata management and data lineage tools
- Familiarity with MDM data quality tooling and data stewardship operating models
- Exposure to Power BI SQL Power Query or other BI/reporting tools
- Certification in PMP-PMI Prince2 Agile-scrum and/or Lean-6sigma are a plus
- Work experience inthe manufacturingindustry will be an added advantage
Additional Info
- Qualified candidates from the USA (Dallas-Fort. Worth area preferably) will be evaluated for this position and would be expected to primarily work from a Flowserve site / location
- Candidatemust be willingto travelwhenrequired up to25-30%domestic and/or internationaltravelto any of the world-wide Flowserve sites
