Project Manager I CMS
The Project Manager plays a key role in leading cross functional commercialization projects from concept to completion. This position partners with teams across Operations R&D Quality Procurement and Sales to manage project timelines budgets product launches manufacturing transitions and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized collaborative and solution-oriented with the ability to drive multiple projects forward while ensuring successful execution and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross functional commercialization projects from concept through launch ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Develop project plans timelines resource requirements and budgets while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate product specifications manufacturing trials site transitions artwork approvals and product claims processes.
- Monitor project progress communicate updates to stakeholders and proactively identify and resolve risks or challenges.
- Facilitate supplier transitions evaluate project outcomes and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree plus 2 years of project management experience or 4 years of relevant professional experience including 2 years of project management experience.
- Strong organizational planning and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to lead cross functional teams and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Project or similar project management tools.
- Ability to analyze information solve problems and adapt to changing business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Manufacturing project management experience.
- Customer service or customer-facing experience.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
- Experience managing product commercialization new product launches or supply chain transition projects.
- Experience working in a fast-paced consumer products or manufacturing environment.
