We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Project Manager to oversee custom electrical manufacturing projects from initial customer engagement through final delivery. This position is responsible for managing project scope schedules budgets procurement customer communication and manufacturing execution while ensuring projects are completed safely on schedule within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage manufacturing projects from project kickoff through final delivery and customer acceptance.

Review project drawings specifications and contracts to establish project scope schedules budgets and resource requirements.

Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure production milestones and customer deadlines are achieved.

Coordinate engineering purchasing manufacturing quality and customer activities throughout project execution.

Manage project financial performance including forecasting purchasing cost tracking change orders and budget management.

Negotiate and administer purchase orders vendor agreements and subcontractor services as required.

Prepare and maintain project documentation including submittals RFIs schedules progress reports and closeout documentation.

Monitor manufacturing progress identify project risks and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget performance.

Work closely with manufacturing supervisors and engineering teams to support production activities and resolve technical issues.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers while identifying opportunities for future business.

Minimum Job Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in construction manufacturing engineering or project management.

Minimum 2 years of experience managing projects.

Strong understanding of project planning scheduling budgeting procurement and contract administration.

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook Excel Word and Planner.

Experience with Bluebeam or similar document management software.

Excellent leadership communication organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings specifications and technical documentation.

Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.

Physical Requirements

Work in both office and electrical manufacturing environments.

Ability to sit stand walk and move throughout manufacturing facilities as needed.

Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Occasional travel to customer facilities vendors or project sites may be required.

Ability to wear required personal protective equipment when working in manufacturing or production environments.
