Project Manager

Were seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage commercial and multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project schedule budget quality and safety.
• Lead preconstruction buyout execution and closeout.
• Manage subcontractors owners architects and project teams.
• Handle contracts change orders budgets billing and cost control.
• Manage RFIs submittals drawings and documentation using Procore.
• Lead project meetings and ensure timely project completion.
• Oversee quality control punch lists and final closeout.

Requirements:

• 10 years of commercial construction experience with a GC or developer.
• Experience managing multifamily and/or large commercial projects.
• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Procore P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Architecture or related field.
• OSHA 30 and design-build experience preferred.
