This role serves as the primary coordinator between customers internal teams vendors and stakeholders to develop proposals manage schedules oversee project execution and drive projects to successful completion. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational communication estimating and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work at MCC:Compensation: CompetitiveGenerous benefits package including medical dental vision disability life insurance and 401(k)Paid Holidays: New Years Memorial Day Fourth of July Labor Day Thanksgiving Day after Thanksgiving Christmas Eve Christmas Day plus two floating HolidaysKey ResponsibilitiesEstimating & Proposal DevelopmentReview project requirements specifications and customer needs to develop accurate project scopes of work budgets cost analyses and project and submit professional proposals and quotations for with sales engineering operations and subcontractors to obtain pricing and technical project risks assumptions and exclusions during the estimating Planning & SchedulingDevelop detailed project schedules milestones and resource project activities to ensure work is completed on time and within project progress and adjust schedules as project deliverables and communicate schedule changes to project kickoff meetings and ongoing project Coordination & ExecutionCoordinate resources across multiple departments to support project project documentation is maintained and updated throughout the project project performance against scope budget schedule and quality and deliver complete machine closeout documentation packages including operation and maintenance manuals technical documentation drawings and final project records to support customer & Administrative ManagementTrack project budgets costs and financial project-related invoices change orders and purchase project status reports and forecasting project closeout activities including final documentation and customer ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and project project status risks and issues problem resolution and ensure customer expectations are business development efforts by identifying project opportunities and assisting with proposal & ExperienceAssociate degree or higher in Project Management Business Engineering Manufacturing or a related field preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and relevant work experience will be considered.2-5 years of project management project coordination estimating manufacturing or related experience preferred; candidates with strong organizational and leadership skills will also be developing project schedules managing multiple priorities and coordinating cross-functional proficiency in Microsoft Excel including data analysis reporting formulas and project communication organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers vendors and internal with ERP systems preferred but not -motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team physical demands of the position require standing using hands and fingers reaching with arms and hands walking stooping kneeling crawling or be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds occasionally up to 50 requirements include close vision distance vision peripheral vision and ability to adjust physical demands require standing using hands to finger feel and touch; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear. This position requires frequent walking. Occasionally employee is required to climb or balance stoop kneel crouch or crawl. Must be able to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds.
